Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs. Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Average shipping takes 4-7 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Law 17 is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the shipping courier. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California, United States.

The average shipping time is 4-7 business days via UPS ground shipping or USPS priority shipping.

It usually takes 1-3 days to process and pack orders. Once orders have been processed, it takes about 2-5 days to get to you,

For international orders, shipping takes about 5-8 days from the date of purchase.

For all domestic (U.S.) orders, we ship using UPS and USPS.

For all international orders, we ship using DHL and UPS Worldwide.

Yes. All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we aren’t unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed.

Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.

All orders with a p.o. box, apo, or fbo address will be canceled.

We do not combine different orders in the same package.

If you place multiple orders, your order will be shipped and delivered in different packages.

We offer free shipping on all U.S orders $200 and up.

Please note this only applies to domestic orders being shipped within the U.S.

Returns

We have a 10-day return/exchange policy. After 10 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your request for return or exchange has been approved and you receive a shipping return label. You have 7 days to send your item/s back. Once 7 days has gone by, your request for refund/exchange will be canceled.

Yes. We offer exchanges. We will only replace items that are defective, damaged, or don’t fit.

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to exchange your order. You can only exchange your order once.

After you receive your exchanged item, no further exchanges are permitted.

Once we’ve processed your refund, your money will take 4-7 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns.

We are not able to ship orders across multiple delivery addresses. If you would like your items to go to different addresses, you’ll need to place separate orders.

Sizing varies by product. Please check the product page of the item you’re interested in to get an accurate idea of sizing and fit.

 

All of our clothes are made to be dry-cleaned, or cold-washed and hang-dried.

For hats, we recommend they be hand-washed and air-dried.
